Homeland Security Helicoptor, Burlington Vermont

“Just because you're [not] paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you.” ― Joseph Heller

This Homeland Security helicopter hovers above the Old North End of Burlington, Vermont for hours on end, from mid-morning until early afternoon on a regular basis.

This is a small town with the only real crime being the nationwide epidemic of opiate abuse (resulting in numerous bank and convenience store robberies, etc.).

Homeland Security is simply the unchecked law arm of the cooperate banks who are the ones who bring in the drugs in the first place, along with their lackeys in the (ex) military.
(Academi, Blackwater, Xe and so on...)

 Counter Narcotics, yeah, right.
