Welcome to Burlington Vermont

The only supermarket in downtown Burlington, Vermont is City Market, which recently had a large mural painted by Tara Goreau at the entrance.

All very pleasant-looking for a health food store in the same city that brought you Ben & Jerry's, Phish and Senator Bernie Sanders.

Everywhere else in the mural the sky has little fluffy clouds and only up in the corner, surrounding the ubiquitous security camera, are numerous parallel vapor trails.

Here is the Masonic Temple in Burlington where Senator Bernie Sanders  has his local offices:

From Wikipedia:
"In 1981, at the suggestion of his friend Richard Sugarman, a professor of religion at the University of Vermont, Sanders ran for Mayor of Burlington."

Richard Sugarman:

Bernie Sanders used to say the town was run out of the Elks Lodge...

We know that one of the most important and challenging goals for small businesses and buildings is to lower energy costs with little financial investment in expensive or technology or other tools that require a lot of support, training, and resources. Small businesses often do not have the financial or physical resources necessary for such an undertaking. Best Energy efficiency software Service
